CMTC run by Model Elle Model & Talent Agency is one of the biggest SCAM talent conventions to date. It states that contestants to attend CMTC are chosen out of hundreds to attend-bogus anyone can attend that wants to shell out $1,000s of dollars to be told that your kid has talent so give me money and I will produce head shots, charge you for acting classes, charge you for MANDATORY attendance to CMTC to be scouted by top agents all over the world-SCAM!!! These agents are paid to fly in on your money and get a 4 day free vacation to look at talent-come on people-you think it is that easy to have an LA agent scout YOUR kid out of over $120,000 union actors in LA!!!!! Now I also find it funny that Mode Elle wins the "Grand Overall Talent Agency of the Year" over and over at their OWN convention!!!!Hmmmmmm. Now-here is the real deal:
REAL TALENT AGENCIES- DO NOT SOLICIT TALENT
- DO NOT ADVERTISE
- DO NOT CHARGE FEES-RUN IF THEY DO!!!!
- DO NOT HAVE OWN PHOTOGRAPHER AND CHARGE FOR PHOTO SHOOTS
- DO NOT HAVE ACTING CLASSES AND CHARGE YOU TO TAKE THEM
- TOP AGENTS ONLY TAKE TALENT BY REFERRALS AND ONLY IF YOU HAVE TAKEN LEGITIMATE ACTING CLASSES FROM REPUTABLE ACTING STUDIOS/COACHES THAT THEY USE ON REGULAR BASIS Now-don't get me wrong-if all you want to do is act in non-union and background gigs then I guess these lower level agencies fit you well. Top agents only deal in principal roles and mostly union. You will NEVER get ahead with these agencies. SO spend your money improving your skills so you can be referred into these agencies-DO NOT waste your time with this convention!!!! SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!!

Mode Elle Model agency!!! PFFFF.
They are a rip-off, As we speak the owner is sueing Phantom Pharm (where she fell and broke her ankle)
She says she can't walk properly and is in pain. YA OK. I guess her modelling agency isn't bringing in enough money, so she has to try and sue people and wreck there business's. Work for your money like other people do!!!
