This company, Modern Tailor, lets you customize shirts to your exactl length and width. Great concept but poor execution and TERRIBLE customer service. On their website you can input the dimensions and they send you customized clothing. However, what they dont tell you to do is give yourself a quarter or half inch extra room. The website only instructs you to measure your arm length and width, for example, then when you get the shirt, you can't raise your arms over your head becuase there is absolutely no extra room. If you do what their website instructs, the shirt will fit, but you wont be able to move an inch. I could barely get my shirt buttoned.
The worst part is I emailed customer service becuase they provide no phone number or address and they just gave me a lame coupon for a future order. Sounds like they have had my complaint before! Even worse, is the fabric is made in India and after the first wash, a hole developed in the chest area. They will NOT issue my money back and refuse to even give me any more standard email responses. BUYER BEWARE, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!
