modernissa dealer yanick miller meets clients at coaster furnitue doesnt deliver all the merchandise you purchase Internet

i called one of the wholesale companies on craigs list advertising coaster furniture at wholesale prices i called the number a wholesale dealer by the name of yanica m. answered.( i later found out her real name is yanick miller) she used the name yanica on emails, receipts , (pen written receipts nothing professional every company these days should at least use a computer printed receipt) on a cheaply made company letterhead named modernissa . but , ,anyway i trusted things because we met at a very accredited american wholesale companys showroom called coaster furniture in miramar. i spent 3000.00 dollars with her that day purchasing a wall unit , 2- 5-pc. bedrommsets, a matress, and a mirror. i was told evrything was in stock she called while i was there to find out if merchandise was in stock and it was confirmed that it was. everything was to be delivered to my house on may 2nd. 2011. they arrived as planned but on her way out the door she says oh by the way all the side tables and mirror are on back order. ( thats 4 side tables) aproximately 600.00 worth of the merchandise. also the panels to the backboard were to another set and the center headboard was cracked . i didnt want to go trougha painful process of getting this corrected so i just fixed thingsto where it wasnt so noticable. she argued with me that it wasnt a mistake. and that i cracked t. anyway he headboard. i was told backorder will arrive in 2-3 weeks(end of may) they never came! called her she said oh another 2-3 weeks. i waited middle june came no arrival no phone call so i call again she assured me that this happens all the time she said 2-3 more weeks. (end of june) guess what end of june came and still no furniture. i called her i said prove to me property is on its way. every order made and being shipped in the world has a order # and a tracking # all she had to do was show me that and prove to me its on its way but she couldnt prove it! and now wont respond to my calls. so she took my money, purposely didnt order a few items i bought. so that she could pocket the differance. this is stealing! im sure im not the only one who shes doing this to. she need to be put on blast and suffer the full coseqenses of the law!
