I Ordered the 5 CD collection called Marriage Fitness with a 30 day "100% Money-Back Guarantee"
First it took about 8 or 9 days to reach me. I Didn't think they would start the 30 day clock until after I recieved the material but they did, so there goes several days off the 30 day clock. I didn't give it to much thought because I wanted the help but by that time I got it, my wife decided to leave and she didn't want to listen to the CDs. I did listen to them though but decided it wasn't going to help. I carefully packaged the CDs and sent them back as instructed within 10 days. The CDs were unscratched and in perfect condition when I mailed them back.
I waited for their reply that my credit card account was refunded but it never happened. Finally they informed me by email that they recieved the package but I didn't qualify for a refund because they didn't recieve the CDs within the 30 day period after I ordered them. I question their integrity because I find it hard to believe the post mail is that slow. I have mailed and recieved things all the time and it only takes 3 to 5 days max. I replied back and asked the person in charge of this department what the post mark on my package was but she refused to tell me. They also refused to negotiate in any way. I honestly believe they intentionally ship late to cut into the 30 day period and after they get a return they intentionally wait till the 30 days expires before they inform you that it's late. Unfortunately it was a very stressfull time for me and I didn't register the package so I can't challenge this, but I am positive it had plenty of time to get there before the 30 days expired. I believe these people never intend to refund anything and they refuse to listen to reason. They are supposed to be the business of helping people but in this area they are very Unsympathetic. And I think they're liars.
They now have the CDs back as they acknowledged, but refuse to refund my money. That makes them thieves too.
Never order anything from this company if there is the slightest thought you might want to send anything back. The "Money back guarantee" is not one at all. And because they can't be trusted and will look for any reason to deny you a refund you should at least register, insure, track or overnight your package. It is expensive but maybe they might have to refund you. Maybe.
