Mortgage Claim Center Outreach AKA Federal Trustee Services
CEO Gerald Allan Hennessey never used the "system" he promotes
20th of Jun, 2011 by Sapphragette
Gerald Allan Hennessey (AKA "Allen Hennessey" AKA "Allan Hennessey" AKA "Gerald Allen Hennessey" AKA "Gerald-Allan Hennessey" AKA "Gerry Hennessey" claims the following on his Federal Trustee Services and Mortgage Claim Center websites:

http://federaltrusteeservices.com/what-we-do/

"Federal Trustee Services President, Allan Hennessey, began his education in the mortgage and real estate industry as a mortgage broker, assisting homeowners in funding mortgage loans in all 50 states."

1) Allan Hennessey was never a licensed mortgage broker in California or in any other state. Prior to 1997 Mr Hennessey would have been under 21 and not eligible to be licensed as a mortgage broker.

From 1999 until 2005 he was a convicted felon serving time in California after robbing the Huntington Beach Bank of America in June 1999. (There is a Gerald R Hennessey who's real estate sales license expired in 1998, but he received a license in 1988 - when Allen Hennessey would have been 14 years old so, clearly, this is not the same Hennessey)

Allan also claims:

"After a successful multi-year run, Allan began to personally invest in real estate. His investments took him to a peak in 2007, with the purchase of 25 properties in 4 states. "

2) Again - From 2005 until 2007 Allen Hennessey was a paroled felon with a court mandate to live with parents and not leave the State of California - so it's hard to believe any reputable bank of mortgage broker would lend him "millions" of dollars in four states to amass the level of investment real estate holdings he claims he had by 2007.

In fact, in 2005 he was borrowing money from the mother of one of his friends and already claiming to her that he had "multiple properties" which is why she lent him the money in the first place. (He never paid her and she sued him and won in 2010)

Allan claims:

"Allan personally learned the reality of foreclosure as many of the properties previously purchased at foreclosure auction found their way back on the auction block. In the process of losing all 25 homes to foreclosure and a loss of more than 5 million dollars"

3) Allan Hennessey never lost "5 Million dollars" because he never had it. He is the reason the banks crashed in the first place - a greedy real estate shyster taking advantage of the ease of finance who bought distressed properties presumably hoping to make a quick buck flipping them.

If any of these 25 properties actually existed (and I challenge him or anyone else at the company to prove they do actually exist) - then they were foreclosed on simply because he bought them with no intention of paying the mortgages on them or with no realistic way to pay for them. In short - his poorly constructed house of cards fell though no ones fault but his own.

He is certainly no more victim - and again - if any of these properties actually exist - they certainly were not foreclosed on because of fraudulent banking practices.

Allen goes on and claims:

"Through the use of the techniques and tools utilized exclusively by Federal Trustee Services, Allan was able to field test, and prove its effectiveness by getting a Federal Bankruptcy Court to agree with his position that his home was protected and exempt from sale or foreclosure by any other parties alleging the right to his home. "

5) This is nothing other than a bold-faced lie. Allen Hennessey NEVER "proved fraud" using his Forensic Loan "technique", nor did he "prove fraud" by a Securities Audit.

HE NEVER PROVED FRAUD IN HIS MORTGAGE AT ANY TIME.

Allen Hennessey NEVER got a "Federal Bankruptcy court to agree with his position that his home was protected" precisely because his home was never at issue- HE DIDN'T OWN ANY REAL ESTATE THEN AND HE DOESN'T NOW.

In 2008 the IRS apparently still considered the property he lives in "his" because they slapped a Federal tax lien on it for $17,933.04. The he filed a flurry of crazy quit claim and other deeds doing things like transferring the property from himself to himself with a hyphen added to his name etc.

But he never went to court, never proved fraud... never got a court order that his mortgage was annulled.

What he did finally was this:

In November 2010 (just before he went to jail a second time in Pierce County WA for felony check fraud and theft charges) He transferred the deed on his home to a fake church...calling itself the Las Alturus Organization.

Now...if his home was "free and clear" as he claims and he had "no fear of foreclosure" when he started Federal Trustees in 2009 - why did he transfer this property in and out of his name and into and out of the names of several trusts and sham shell companies No LESS THAN 6 TIMES BETWEEN 2009 and 2010 AFTER he claims he already "owned his home free and clear"?

If he had truly found out the secret to beating foreclosure as he claims - Why would he need to do this?

If his home was indeed safe and secure "without threat of foreclosure" in 2009 when he started his business - why in November 2010 did he need to transfer his home into the name of a "Church"?

If he had no fear of foreclosure and owned his home free and clear - as he claims he does - why isn't the home in his own name - if his methods were so successful?

Why can he not show "proof" of the Forensic Loan audit on his own home that cased the bank to forfeit is mortgage? Why can't he show a proper court decision of this? Why does he only produce a doctored transcript that has nothing to do with real estate?

Because it never happened. Allen Hennessey never "saved his home" and he certainly can't save yours.

Allen Hennessey transferred his home to a company then claiming tax exempt status as a "Church" calling itself the "Las Alturus Organization" (Federal EIN 27-6923517).

Allen Hennessey now resides there virtually rent and tax free - at your expense - reaping the financial rewards of your hard-earned dollars by promoting a scam that he himself never even used.

DO not do business with Federal Trustee Services, Mortgage Claim Center Outreach or Mortgageclaimcenter.com LLC.
