I was charged for an "auto-shipment" in September which was never received, not have I received a refund - it's not mid-November. In addition another order was shipped and my credit card charged -still no products received. Customer Service doesn't exists at this company - it is a disaster. Any help/questions go through email which they allegedly respond in 1-2 business days.....going on forty (65) days and still no response about my products or refunds. The phone number on the site is just an order center - they have no company phone numbers to offer. After days and weeks of trying to speak to an actual employee of the company and get some answers my frustration has boiled over. This "company," Mother Nature.com is a disgrace and they are a bunch of crooks....Buyer definitely beware.
