They billed me but never sent the product I ordered.

I had a really bad experience with Mothernature.com. They had really good prices they billed my credit card but never sent the items I ordered. Everytime I called them to ask them about it they would say " We'll get it out a.s.a.p and never did...After many more phone calls I just got aggravated and decided to let my credit card company handle it. Which they did...This whole ordeal took about six months...I hope they are out of business because they do not know how to do business and yes, they are a SCAM.

I wish I would have known about this company before I purchased from them. They are horrible to work with and you can't talk to anyone it's all by email to try and get your problem fixed. Beware of doing business with them. They are a scam!! Still have not received my refund for items not received.
