Motime.com NOT free ringtone, hidden immediate charges , Internet

Beware motime.com "free ringtone". As soon as you accept, you have committed to an instant subscription and $10 monthly charge on your phone bill. Attempts at customer service give you the typical offshore "a supervisor will call you back" which has yet to happen for me. Though it was supposed to happen "within a few hours".

Motime.com is NOT FREE!!! In my opinion, they advertise as a free ringtone service, but their advertising is misleading, if not a complete lie. Even though I contacted them within minutes of realizing I had inadvertently joined a subscription service, and even though I never downloaded a ringtone, they absolutely, unequivocally REFUSED to provide a refund of the fee. In my opinion, the provider understands their advertising is misleading and they are intentionally capturing individuals who casually hit their website after searching for "free ringtones". My recommendation to all of you is to STAY AWAY FROM THIS WEBSITE!
