I was sent lyrics to a song and there was a hyperlink to a ring-tone download. I clicked on it, read that there was a fee for the subscription and proceeded to my download. What arrived on my phone was not the song I had clicked on. When I called customer service they told me that I knowingly subscribed, and the download I requested was not available although I was offered another and accepted. When I went back to look at where it specified that, it was written in white on a light blue background completely separate from everything else I was instructed to read before confirming. I immediately canceled my subscription and was told I would still be charged $9.99 for the subscription regardless of the bait and switch that took place. I will post it everywhere I know that no one should use motime or dada. They're criminals.

I also had a problem with them. I was offered one free ringtone just for giving them my phone number (thinking that they needed it to send me my ringtone) what i recieved was a $9.99 charge on my bill. They informed me that I have subscribed to them and that I canceled my subscription on the same day. Sounds like I didn't want to be charged, right? If I am going to give someone money, I expect something in return. After asking them for a refund to my cell phone account, they refused. I feel cheated out of $10 and would like my voice to be heard. By the way, I never recieved my free ringtone from the beginning. Thanks for nothing.
