MountainBlack.com Took months to receive completely different trousers, typical reselling scam, stay away London, Internet

It took them 4 months to ship the trousers (they had in stock) and charged the credit card at the time of purchase (not the actual shipping). When they finally arrived (from U.S., despite the fact they claim to be based in London, which is not true at all) it was different trousers. They refused to refund the money and the return address is a mail forwarding service. Communication with them is difficult at best and serves the only purpose to scam you more. Stay away!

Lost 206 Euros. They were not able to deliver package within 4 months. They sent it twice to different country according to postal slip they sent me after request. After I lost my patience with them, I asked for refund and then communication stopped and have not heard of them again.

Have asked card company to step into the process of refund because of potential fraud from mountainblack.com owner. This seems to be company called International Rocky Trade LLC, Denver, US, owned by french named Olivier Goumas. UK address is just pobox.
