| ok so i been dealing with this guy name RICK who is an a**hwole! I order my moped on april 30th 2011 i still havent recieve my moped not to mention the one im waiting for is not even the one i order, im on my third choice of moped cause all the ones he said he has he dont have, eveytime you call he gives you some lame a** excuse. do not by from this creep. he told me he would have my tracking number on monday like he promised but guess what no tracking number.so tday 5/17/2011 he tells me he will have it today by 2pm so after all this he still full of s**t.,,im waiting rick! your have 899.00 of my money since april. your a dishonest b**tard. |

| Yes, other half here. That guy is a jerk and a liar. When you call him, before you even open your mouth, he's prepared with his lousy attitude to lie. The first time I called he used his caller ID to identify who I was and knew which scooter I'd purchased. I thought at first wow this guy is busy but is good, now I believe he probably has few customers and knew who I was because I was the only person ordering that week. I called the day after I ordered on line to find out when it would be shipped since I hadn't received any emails from the company. With his red neck attitude he says, the website says you'll receive a response 24 to 48 hours after your order., however it will be shipped today and I'll email you the tracking number. I called 2 days later after no shipping information had been sent to me. He screamed at me on the phone and said I lived too far away and he wasn't paying $500 to ship a scooter to Washington, DC. It would take him longer now to find a new shipper. (I'm thinking to myself, why did he list it on his website with free shipping to 49 states and now I'm one of the places that just too far. So yesterday I got an email from Rick, all okay. It's been shipped, I'll send tracking number within 24 hours. I'm finally thinking cool. It's on the way. However, no emails yet with any tracking number. So I called today. He's furious with me for calling. Saying that I'm one of "those" customers. What, one that wants the truth and their scooter or moped? YES. So, when I told him that I just wanted my scooter and no problems, he tells me that he's only making $30 on this deal and he almost cancelled it before... I should be lucky, etc... Screams at me and hangs up. I called back and told him to cancel it, I know it hasn't been shipped since you still have no tracking information. He screams at me and tells me first it was shipped, then screams you'll have to wait at least 8 months to get your money back. Unfortunately you get nothing but lies from this guy and he just lies about his lies. I'm in dispute over the charge now. Do not order anything from this crook. |
