my mexican resort sends faxes to companies and take your money for a package deal, then when you try to make reservations they put you on hold hang up, will not give you their addresss, tell you your agent will be in at 1.00 then 2.00 and on and on, give yopu bogus names, they make it so hard that most people just give up so they are out of their money and get not trip. They charged me 498.00 for 2 people 5 nights all inclusive 4 or 5 star resort cancun, open dates 18 months to use the package.

When i call and give them dates they dont have anything available or the resort you chose is a five star and you have to pay upgrade fee, or it is peak season and you have to pay extra fee for peak, i was told all of march, aparil and 2 weeks in may is spring break. I called continuous and told them i wouild not give up until i got what i payed for nad that i was going to report them to authorities. they then said the made reservation, i called resort they had not done so, then said 7 to 10 buisness days i will get confirmation from resort they do reservations via email
