My story is exactly like "Lucy". I ordered from what I thought was a legitimate site, a No Risk free trial, cost of 2.95. My account was charged this along with an additional $87.13! It was extrememly difficult getting hold of these people, but I finally was able to get someone to answer the phone and who actually spoke English! I told her I had not ordered this...she assured me I did! When I told her I did not want anymore that I was cancelling, I was told that I could not get my money back and to wait until after the shipment and then call back and cancel. I called back the end of December and cancelled, I was told they had cancelled my orders. I emphasized that I did not want any more money coming out of my account and was assured that would not happen. On Feb 2, 2011, I received an e-mail saying "Thank you for your Order today". WEll....I did not order anything!! I tried calling the number they gave and was on hold for over 30 minutes...no one picked up. Today, I notice that there was a withdrawl of $87.13 & 2.95 from my account! I did not authorize this! I have tried callin numerous times today and only get the "on hold music"..no one ever answers! They are a HUGE ripoff and need to be stopped!!
