MyBookPublicist.com Jonathan Spencer Failed to complete job Langley, British Columbia

I received an e-mail about all the great things mybookpublicist.com could do to for authors. I wrote back and asked them to contact me. Two weeks later I received a call from John Spencer, who showed me samples of the work his company had done for other authors. I already had a wordpress web site, but it needed to be taken to the next level. And, John said they would create create a web presence that would make it possible for people to find me. All for an affordable; not ridiculously low price. Great! I transferred the money via Pay Pal. I sent John all of the information requested to do the work and ask for a list of deliverables. That's when the problems began. Some of my requests were honored, and he did enhance my site and create others, but didn't give me passwords. Now, I have a bunch of mediocre sites that are out of date. I tried e-mailing and calling to no avail. This company seems good but is bad news. Please beware.

The same thing happened to me. What are we going to do about this? I have not received a phone call, e-mail or anythng from them. I would like to see the company pay for the agony they have taken out on us. So now how do I and we get our money back? I want what they said they were going to give me or my money back.

John Spencer told me all the great things they could do with my book. I needed to transfer information so they could begin the process. After the transfers were made, he made no more contact with me. I have sent several e-mails to the company and they have not responded. I do not know what to do execpt turn the company in for fraud. I have no clue what they have done with my information and if the company is legitimate. Please beware of anything about this company.
