I placed an order with Nana's Miniatures on Oct. 4, 2011. She immediately deducted the TOTAL charge from my credit card upon receipt of order. Today is Dec. 24, 2011 and I have only received 9 out of 21 items I have paid for. I have tried to call and email six times. She doesn't answer the phone or respond to messages. On Dec. 15th I emailed her and told her that if I didn't receive a credit for the remaining items by Dec. 20th, I would contact my credit card company to report fraud. That didn't scare her - I still haven't received a refund for the items I have not received. So I called my credit card company today and they will issue the credit to my credit card and then go after her for payment. I don't know how they will reach her since she never answers the phone but I quess they know how to deal with crooks like Nana's Miniatures. Internet shopping is great for hard to find items but there are a few idiots who try to ruin a good thing and expect something for nothing. DO NOT LET THIS HAPPEN TO YOU - CONTACT YOUR CREDIT CARD COMPANY!!!!!! I hope you are reading this BEFORE you order from Nana's Miniatures and not after as I did. FRAUD - FRAUD - BEWARE NANA'S MINIATURES - FRAUD - FRAUD!!!!
