I ordered the complete NCIS Season 8. What arrived was the first ten episodes of 22. I was assured by the seller they would send the the missing episodes but over several weeks of saying the same thing they sent nothing and refused a refund.

I ordered Doctor Who seasons 1-5 which was advertised as new in original box. What I received was bad copies off a TV set with season 4 totally blank. I contacted Nana's Store & was promised a replacement. After several weeks of waiting & being asked to be patient, I realized that they were lying & nothing is being sent. Not until I filed a complaint with PayPal, & a hold was put on payment, that I actually got a tracking # for the replacement. It has been 15 days now since shipment was to leave China, but nothing in USA yet. I would never recommend dealing with this company.
