I went to Nancy for what should have been a easy case but its turning out to be a pain in the butt. She was paid in full 3weeks after my consultation with her but it took her another 3 months after that to file my bankrupcy case. I had to call her after she did not file a paper that resulted in a garnishment which she knew nothing about eventhough she had been given the paper a month before that.

She has this secretary who does nothing at all and always seem bothered by the fact that you are calling about your case and she says she will have Nancy call you back but she never calls. In the end she is basically jerking me around. I started this in August of 2010 and its March and she has messed me around by not filing one of my papers in a timely manner so now I have to file to have the case reopened and my concern is.... who is suppose to pay for this? I dont have a clue what I will do at this point but I know she will not get another dollar from me after her poor work as a laywer.
