I placed an order with SoCalGeocoins 10/18/2010, after not receiving my order by 10/28/2010, I sent several emails requesting information and status of my order to SoCalGeocoins, and also individual emails to the owner's Nanette Thacker & Matt Thacker. After getting no response to any emails, I filed a dispute with Paypal on 10/31/2010, who I had sent my payment thru. On 11/01/2010, Matt Thacker sent me a short email stating my order would ship out on 11/01/2010. I had placed this order for items I was going to use as door prizes at an event I was having on 11/06/2010. When 11/06/2010 arrived and the merchandise from SoCalGeocoins was not delivered yet, I filed a claim with Paypal, and stated I wanted to Cancel my order and requested a full refund. On 11/09/2010, I received a status of claim from Paypal stating that Matt Thacker had shipped my order! I at that time sent Matt Thacker and email asking why he shipped it, I was no longer in need or wanted the items I ordered and that I would be returning them! I finally received the order on 11/12/2010, I immediately prepared it for return, and sent it in the following days mail! The items reached Matt & Nanette Thacker on the 18th of November. I have requested numerous times for them to please honor their email response that they would issue me my refund, as of today's date of 11/29/2010, I have NOT received my refund! They have behaved in a very unprofessional manor! I am deepley disappointed I ever ordered anything from them or their company and I would recommend that no one have anything to do with this company or these individuals!

I too had difficulties with this so called "Company" they are very unprofessional! Steer clear if you don't want to be ripped off!
