NAP and All Year Services owes my company quite a bit of money as well. The problem is that when you contact NAP you are told that we have to wait until All Year pays them and it has been 6 mos. since Adam with NAP has responded to me. When you call All Year Services ( Josh Sarchet), He doesnt understand why we contact him about it because he doesn't owe us the money, NAP does. Meanwhile while all this is going on Aaron day( co- owner of NAP) now becomes vice president of All Year Services. Kinda funny how that happened. Now that companies like myself are putting pressure on All Year Services Aaron Day is getting a little scared and rolling over on Josh behind his back. I know this because Josh sits in his office telling everyone that All Year doesn't owe the money at the same time Aaron is sitting in his office across the hall from Josh telling people that as far as he is concerned Josh became responsible for the debt the day that All Year Services and NAP merged together as one company. I have a copy of the email that states this. For all other vendors that have been scammed by these DB's feel free to give me a call and I will share all of my info that I have collected on them and I'm sure that it will be useful to you. Everyone should file suit against them
