They called and threatened to send someone out to serve papers on my family member. I do not live in the same state as my family member. This is illegal. Harassment. They must be stopped.

I have the same complaint about Global Filing Services. They called my family and threatened to serve them legal document. When I called them and asked them what it is all about, they claimed that one of my creditors are taking me to court because I didn't pay my account. I then asked them to send me a copy of the original bill from my original creditor, the "representative" said they don't have it but they will have it in court if I decide to ignore their notice. I then said, I never received any letter from them and she said they have been sending them to my ex husbands address. I argued they cannot just make me pay for something without proper documentation and she didn't have the answer for it. I believe this is a major scam trying to prey on people who's fallen through hard times. Please don't fall for this rip-offs or scam.

they called my work and threatend to come serve me at work if i didnt set up a payment arrangement .. they have my bank info and have been taking out money from my account for 8 months now ... soits a scam ???
