This is the most infuriating company I have ever had the displeasure to deal with. Customer service is non-existing, workmanship shoddy . When they tell you to leave a entire day for installation, one would assume a 8-5 business day, these bozos wanted to start a medium size project at 6pm, when I said no they threatened me with a cancellation fee, after they had already cancelled on me. I regret not eating my $500 deposit, my new carpets are mediocre at best, they destroyed wood borders taking out the old carpet. I regret my hasty decision to hire these people because there is a lot of negative information out there my wonder is how are they still in business. I hope that by voicing my big mistake it might prevent other by having the same headache I've had.
