NAtions 1st Communications started billing my Verizon home account $14.95 in Nov. 2010. I noticed it immediately and contacted all parties. Verizon said they bill for 200 companies and didnt know what this was. NAtions 1st Comm. said i requested their service for a fax / data backup - which i dont have, need or want!They even sent me a letter with my phone number and email address but innacurate personal info. Employ-e.net is the online company who I supposedly registered with, again for a service i dont need. Does any of this sound fishy to you ? So this company, Nations 1st Communications, has the ability to state another company "employ-e.net" registered me at my request for a service I dont need? AND BILL ME ! WIthout my permission. The FCC has clear guidelines related to acceptance of services. I have filed a complaint today and mailed a copy of all communications to the FCC. I have not nor will I pay any of these charges. SO.. My verizon phone company allowed nations 1st communicatins to hijack my account and they are billing me. They are all at fault.

pleas remove the 14.95 from my bill i did not give them my permission to put it on there. please take it off and put a block on it so it will not add to my bill again. thank you

Had same problem with our Verizon account; was charged the $14.95 but never signed up! Did contact Nations 1st and they said they will remove the charge; also filed a complaint with the MA Attorney General.
