Naturalaxer Edgestick Company took payment for products in February of 2010 and partially shipped items months later, has Edgestick on backorder since

There is no live person to call. There is no address. The product Naturalaxer advertised for sale does not live up to the promises. Naturalaxer weakened hair and it started falling out. The company takes immediate payment for items, then for months does not ship the items. Since Feb of 2011 took payment for Edgestick product and to date has not shipped or refunded my money. Several calls all go to voicemail on all the numbers. Emails sent to [email protected] to refund the amount go unanswered. Consumers be warned.

I kinda ran into the same problem. But u gotta have your tracking number and pray. These pepole are very busy cause there products really work. I recived my product 2 weeks late(only supposed to be 2weeks wait) but let me tell you, they sent me 2 instead of one naturalaxer! It works...and you don't need to apply it for 60mins. And also you must not reaply it to your previously relaxed hair, or naturalaxed hair. Pepole, just read the directions! Awsome product!
