Naturalmarket.com Natural Market Order

I placed an order with Naturalmarket.com on 8/31/2011, which according to their website should not have taken longer than 7 days for shipping, and it has not arrived. I inquired on 9/16 as to where my order was and they replied "The warehouse is expecting to receive your items in 2-3 weeks, at which point we will ship your full order". I replied that I cannot wait that long and asked it to be expedited but received no further replies. Worse, I then noticed my credit card was overcharged by approx. $9 - not the amount on my invoice. I canceled my order and asked for a refund. To be continued..

BUYER BEWARE! Placed an order at naturalmarket.com on 9/2/11 and was told my order was being processed and then it sat on backorder status for two weeks. I sent six messages requesting a refund and never heard back until after a month after my order was placed to say that my order had been 'discontinued' from their warehouse and to expect a refund in 1 to 2 billing cycles! The 800# listed for customer service tells you to file all complaints on line but if you want immediate assistance to leave your personal phone number. I have been making purchases on the internet for years and this is truly the worst experience I have ever had. I am still waiting on my refund.

I did the same thing! Spent over fifty bucks! Did you ever get your money back? I'm wondering if I should call the bank, if that will do any good. Gosh, I'm ticked.
