The owner is a very rude and racist individual, the moment we walked in to buy some ornaments we where followed in the store. I pick up ornaments and put them in my basket and the owner was standing behind me. We were not asked if we needed help, we were just watched. As I was in line getting ready to pay we noticed that around the store there is some very rude signs; example: If you touch and brake anything you will be forced to pay for it if not at least half of the original price? As I was reading the sign the owner takes a basket from a customer, the basket containing some items that the customer decided not to purchase for her daughter. As the customer walks around to pick up other things to buy, the owner looks inside the basket with a very strange look as if he was mad and follows the lady to inform her that she MUST buy the item because the TAG is no longer in the item. The TAG? Not only did he scream at the lady holding her daughter but he will not let her get out of the store; repeating you will pay, you are not going anywhere. The lady looked as lost as everyone witnessing the show, she didnt know why, how or what, the only thing she knew is that he was not letting her leave or take her daughters stroller out of the store. I have never witness such an embarrassing moment. He makes people fell like you are there to robe the place. I had to walk out and take my business somewhere else. Something must be done, this place should be a place were you have a nice and pleasant experience as you shop for your Christmas decorations. Not a threatening place where if a tag that can easily be put back is missing, you a threaten in front of all the customers and prohibited from living because the customer stands in front of the door as if you are a criminal.
