| Eric or Nerik of Dakota Realty Residential, and Commercial. (Rego Park Queens New York) just ran a con on me. I needed an apartment to rent in a rush and stupidly gave Eric the cash he promised would get us through the process faster. He knew I am a student and freelancer and took 3 months of rent payment in cash with the promise to deliver house keys and a lease within a quick timeframe due to the fact that I was moving from another location. It its now 5 full days since Eric had me in the city waiting for him to meet me with the keys. That first Friday night he briefly answered his phone just one time to say he was busy but right around the corner and would text me in 5 minutes. I sent him a bunch of texts and got his voicemail every hour from 4pm till the last 11:30 train. No answer whatsoever for 2 days later and suddenly we hear from Eric again. Eric calls to say he had an emergency and flew out of state. I offer to meet him anywhere, and he says "71st ave continental forest hills stop in Queens by the sterling bank... on second thought he will drive me the keys in New Jersey at 12:30pm". Again I am waiting for 8 hours as Eric calls every few hours saying he is on a different highway 25 minutes away (which isn't even possible), and I foolishly wait out in the cold for his car so he can spot me. 95% of the time we get his voicemail. Finally again 8 hours later I beg him to let me come to him. He abruptly texts saying "the Exxon gas station by the Holland tunnel" he then texts my friend "the Lincoln tunnel". After me driving through all the possible Exxon gas stations in the area, to no avail, we finally agree on a location. Eric says "3 minutes", "wait for me", "ill be right there in 7 minutes" and doesn't answer my calls for 2 hours outside a burger king. Ignoring my calls and texts. Finally I text Eric that he has till midnight Monday night to bring me my keys or cash or I am going to the police. He says (via text) that he feels disrespected and is considering cancelling the lease and may just give me back my cash. I say either.is fine and that.in order for everything to be fine he needed to come to my location by midnight or I would go to the police. Midnight came and went with no sign of Eric. And we haven't heard from him since. |

| oh this man he took my money too Erik Borukhov is a scammer and LIAR I was pregnant and went to his agency he took my money but promised to do do all the job fast coz I needed appartment ergently but he didnt get the appartment because of him I was in hospital coz of my nerves and i was pregnant its already 6 months and this disgusting erik still didnt give me money back!!! If anybody knows where I can find him plz leave a comment |
