I repsonded asking why I am now having to wait after I purchased the program, and was told I could download it instantly. I recieved a response which looked like it had been written by someone who clearly didn't know English. I was told that the software was under "maual consideration", whatever that means.

He I'm sure will say this is a smear campaign by a competitor. It is not. Yes, you only pay $15 for the software, but I'm sure with all the people they're scamming..they're making much more.

I've asked for a refund twice and have not recieved it.
