I purchased the NETSPACEPROFITS 2.0 internet based program from Tyler Erickson. I paid $997 for it and I was pleased with my purchase until one day I found the same exact NETSPACEPROFITS 2.0 on line for only $34. I knew that I was within my 60 day guaranteed return date, so I called and requested a refund. The support desk asked why I was requesting the refund so I told them that they had the exact same product on line for $34. He told me that he has been getting a lot of calls with upset customers. He said the reason I saw the same product is because that was the old price and now the new price is $997. And then he told me that another company "spoofed" them. I knew he was lying to me so I told him I wanted my money back. He said no problem, he would submit the request for the refund. He told me that refunds usually take 7-10 business days. It never takes 7-10 business days to get a refund from any company. I have been calling about the refund but the same individual tells me that someone else will be calling me. I told them that i don't want a call, I just want my money back. Well, I didn't get my money back or did I ever hear from anyone at NETSPACEPROFITS 2.0. At this point I have given up on every getting a refund. My advice to anyone buying this product is DON'T. The claims that are being made are not valid and I have yet to see any progress on the spaces I set up. The support is terrible and almost none existent. I want/need my money back..... This is the last time I will purchase anything from those emails that once you open them, they won't let you off the page. I am in a situation that I really need am income but it is companies that make me not trust any online promise of making money. "DON'T PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT"
