Neu Era is HORRIBLE!! They will lie and tell you anything to get your credit card details. Make all sorts of promises and money back gurantees. They billed me and I never got anything in return. After days I requested a refund. If they answer the phone you get put on hold for a while. They claim to call you back but you have to call several times to get them to you call you back. When they do they say they will refund your money but they never do. They just tell you what you want to hear to get you off the phone. I called back and wanted to speak to the manager. They said no sorry they will call you back. Since they never do I said "no that's unacceptable," she said "it is acceptable" we went back and forth 2 or 3 times and then she hung up on me. Absolute SCAM! They make all sorts of false claims and then fraudulently take your money. Never trust them!

I was promised a months trial and a phone call at the end of the month to see if I was happy to carry on. However I received no phone call and they kept taking money out of my bank. I tried calling them about 30 times and was either told I would receive a call back or that all the agents were busy. I finally got a response by emailing them and I was told to put in writing that I wish to close my account which I did, that was 3 weeks ago now and when I checked my bank yesterday they took another payment out! I spoke to someone on the phone today and she said I can't refund the money as it is in the terms and conditions! What a SCAM!!... DON'T GIVE THEM YOUR CARD DETAILS- THEY WILL RINSE YOU!
