Consumer reviews and reports on scam companies, bad products and services
New Hampshire BBB New Hampshire Better Business Bureau, BBB Misleading consumers, scam reports Concord, New Hampshire

Over the years consumers have put their trusts in the BBB to report facts regarding a business. Recently I filed a complaint against Southern New Hampshire University and I was blown away to see how the BBB reported the complaint to the public. “BBB found business made good faith effort to resolve complaint but customer not satisfied with business response” Southern New Hampshire University never made any effort to resolve the complaint. As I read the BBB statement, it made me wonder if anyone even read the complaints. It looks like all a company has to do is respond and that becomes a good faith effort even if no attempt to resolve the complaint is made. Southern New Hampshire University is not a BBB member; I would hate to see how they sugar coat their member’s complaints.
