Vadim Tsastkin, Gino Kaplun, Eugeva Tsastkin, Irene Broomberg, Mark Grinshpun, Julieta Cordon are all liers and thieves. They will entice you to do business with you and rob you blind. I lost my life and for a time my sanity and was pushed into bankruptcy losing everything I had in life. A-Protect Warranty Company is a front for a car theft ring which they first operated in Drumlin Circle where they change the Vin Numbers on cars and ship them to Russia. They opened up two fraudulent oil drilling programs in Kentucky where I was convinced to become involved and I lost all my money, my cars, and my condo and am still fighting to get my life back three years later. The names of the oil drilling companies were Global Energy Group Limited and Ameron OIl and Gas. Now they are operating two more bogus, fraudulent companies out of the same address at 2727 Steeles Avenue West, one called New York Capital Corporation and the other Federal Pardons and Waivers. New York Capital Corporation is in Vadim Tsatskin's name at his home address but operated where all his other fraudulent companies have been launched. Federal Pardons and Waivers is registered in his wife's name Irene Broomberg and his mother, Faina Tsatskin. Vadim Tsatskin was sentenced to 3 1/2 years in jail by perjuring himself in Canada and the US and gotaway with it, dodging a potential 120 years jail time in the US as a cc-conspirator with a dodgy lawyer by the name of Bryan Coffman and another hillbilly by the name of Gary Milby. Save yourself and your family, do not do business with any of these people if you value your life and your safety. All of these people should be deported back to Moldovia. They are a threat to society.
