Can't discontinue subscription service

I ordered the $4.95 copy of Aftershock and three newsletter trial subscription for 2 months, 3 mos, and 4 mos to Franklin Prosperity Report, Dividend Machine, and Gold Stock Adviser. I returned billings after one month marked "cancel" and emailed four requests to discontinue the trial newsletter service after one month. The emails were acknowledged with "Cancelled per your request" but the newsletters keep coming. The credit card used for the initial order has been only charged for the book and only time will tell if the Publisher will try to bill the subscriptions which were cancelled. The offer stipulated, "The books is yours to keep" even if newsletter service is cancelled. The service is $99 annually for each publication. The book is disappointing and will be returned if Newsmax attempts to collect further monies. The newsletters are sent back "return to sender" as well. Better to avoid Newsmax altogether.
