nextjump.com mastercard Poor Customer Service Accusations of Fraud Internet

Unable to access my account I was informed by nextjump that a technical bug had prevented many of their users from accessing their www.marketplace.mastercard.com website recently, and they have worked to identify and correct the problem, and I was provided instructions on how to reset my password.


Still unable to access my account by resetting my password I was informed by nextjump that my account appears to have been involved in recent attempts to gain unauthorized access to their proprietary systems so they have terminated my account, and not to hesitate to contact them if I belive this to be an error, which I did immediately.


Over one week without a response I then attempted to contact nextjump via phone, without success, only reaching voicemail, although I did leave several messages asking for a return call.


Two weeks without a reponse or return call I contacted Mastercard via phone directly about this issue and being unable to get any response from nextjump.Mastercard informed me they are having lots of theses issues with their customers and nextjump will not respond to voicemails or emails.Mastercard then instructed me to escalate this to customer service within mastercard.


I sent an email to mastercard detailing my concerns and within 24 hours I had a response stating they would be taking care of things, I also recieved a follow up phone call from mastercard so they could confirm the details, and again I was told this seems to be an ongoing issue with several customers and nextjump, and they would be giving my contact information to them and asking them to call me directly rather than email.


Although I never did receive a phone call as requested from Mastercard from Nextjump, shortly afterwards I did recieve an email from nextjump apologising for any confusion I may be experiencing, and informing me that my account was terminated after nextjump security systems detected a clear and unmistakable pattern of fraudulent activity originating from my account, and they would be unable to share any information about this with me. As well the email subject was (DO NOT REPLY!!!!) and the email was not signed by anyone and didn't have any name.
