NFLFANSHOP FANNFLSHOP False Advertising Internet

On December 20th, 2011, I ordered a Gronkowski jersey from a company called NFL Fan Shop. I hoped that the jersey would arrive before Christmas. I received an email welcoming me to the website and that I could place orders any time I wanted to. I also received a confirmation email. The email only showed that the order was being processed. I checked the website continuously to see where my order was and all the email said was "order being processed".. I wrote the company or rather used the email address and asked about my purchase (the jersey was 80.00)...and I received an email from someone named Elaine a few days after I had sent the email (which I believe was the 22nd of Dec.)...she tells me in the email that when she receives the tracking number from the shipping company she will forward it to me. I was satisfied at the time with her reply. I checked the website on 12/26/11 and the order was still processing. I went to check the site again today, and now, the website has dissapeared. But, of course, when I placed the order, the money was taken immediately. When I checked my bank account, a place call teafan.com has taken my money and the company is in BEIJING!! I called my back to dispute the charge and now my credit card has been shut down which means I can't access my money for 5-7 days until my new card arrives. If anyone is reading this is and is doing their homework before buying from this company, PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM NFL FAN SHOP.COM....clearly this is a scam.
