Nigah development scam BIG Time ! Called Many Time and NO Satifaction Huntington Valey, Pennsylvania

My 21 year old said she had to do this, both me and my 91 yr. old Aunt lent her the money. After reading the contract I cancelled within the right of recission time as required. I had called over 15 times to date. I called Mon. 10/17/11 and they said it would be in my account within 4 bus. days. I called today 10/21/11. The number is temp. disconnected. No $ in account and I am VERY pissed today. Something needs to be done to these SCAM ARTISTS as well as refunding the dollars they have gotten from anyone whom has paid dollars for nothing in return! I am also contacting the local news stations well. Channel 3, 6, and 10. One of my friends works for WPVI 6. I am also going to contact a number of friends that are Phila. Lawers as well. All I want is My money back and as well as my 91 year old Aunt. These people need to be need to be put out of business as well as refund all Moneys due. Please do write in if you or someone has been SCAMED by this Co. I must say I REALLY wish I had entered their name on the internet before I had given any card numbers. It would have never happened! Please file a report if this has happened to YOU !
