Norma's Bath and Body Ripped off for Christmas! Internet, Internet

I ordered from this individual and specifically asked if I would receive the products before Christmas. She sent me an e-mail stating I would. She notified me today that I would not receive the items and refused to refund my money so I could purchase gifts for my family from some where else. Who does that during Christmas?

I never promised it. I said that I would try to get it to her in time. this is the CHRISTMAS RUSH going on. i NEVER intended to rip her off. I am not that kind of a business person. I later stated that she would get it after christmas and she wanted refunded instead. and in my shop policy it states that I only do FREE item replacements. this is in all of my online shops.

Issue RESOLVED. buyer is getting the refund. shop with Norma's Bath and Body with CONDIFENCE. you cannot not shop with a business from "one' persons unpleasant experience.

Seems like Norma is trying to do damage control. She never had any intentions of making it right with this buyer and she even called her a fruit cake and bashed her in the Etsy forums. What kind of business professional does that?
