Definitely shady business practices here. Huge amounts of unpaid hours for employees, they were untold about changes on wages for services, and were used by Northstar in every way possible. Business agreements were later revoked when they could not make payroll. Business agreements were later revoked by Northstar because they changed there mind or ran out of money putting the employees in rough situations. They would work a bunch of hours under a certain contracted wage and later get a check for way less because the management had charged the client less that what was originally contracted for, reducing the employees commision (this is very illegal). Employees have quit because they are worried about having the same thing happen to them or worried that it has already happened and they did not catch it. They use employees in such a unethical way. From what I last heard, Northstar Healthcare is barely hanging on and will cut anything from the employees to stay going. With unpaid wages and misreported taxes, sounds like an audit would do some good cleaning up here.
