NU 2 U AUTO WORLD FRAUDULENT ACTIVITY-COLLECT CAR PAYMENTS AND DO NOT APPLY THEM TO YOUR ACCOUNT!!! CLEMENTON, New Jersey

I received a phone call from the repo man, that they were coming to get a car that I purchased from Nu 2 U Auto World in Clementon, NJ. I wasn't sure why. They said they never received my payment from the previous month. I investigated what happened to my money order -only after getting late to work, paying $24 to wire money to Money Gram (so I could get a copy of the front and the back of my money order) and having to file a police report for a money order that we thought was stolen. I spoke to Kenny and Doug from Nu 2 U Auto World and they both insisted that they never received my money order, that it must have been stolen. So after filing the police report and the detective getting back to me he found out that Nu 2 U Auto World did indeed receive my money order and did cash it. Now my car has been repossessed and they do not want to work with me! For a mistake that they made! I beleive that there are more money orders that they have cashed and have not posted to my account properly!!!!! In speaking with Kenny on the phone he is insisting that he has not received most of the money orders that I have mailed out to them. I beleive that this company is cashing/depositing these money orders and not crediting consumers accounts properly! I also beleive that they are liars and do not want to work with the consumer and take blame for there mistake and this was a huge one! My car was repossessed! There are probably a ton of people out there that have gone through the exact same thing I just went through. I feel that this company should be investigated they are taking consumers payments and doing what with it, because they are not applying it to your car payments! Poeple need to be warned and they need to be investigated. They are committing fraudulent activities!
