I have never spoken to this company in my life and would not have purchased their "product," which seems to be fire insurance, if I had. They simply charged my account. I received no services nor even any communication from this company--they just flat out stole my money. Luckily, my bank is stopping the payment. On the phone with the bank representative, we tried to contact the company via a three way call and their wait line just hung up on us. Big surprise. I'm very glad that my bank is refunding my money, so I will not mention them here. However, I do wonder if it wasn't my bank that gave them my info in the first place as even the representative said it could have been them. Google searching revealed that a ton of people have been ripped off and stolen from by this company and that this has been going on for some time. It's ridiculous that they can continue to get away with it. The only way I imagine this works out for them is if people don't notice the charges for a while. I could see this happening. In my case, I don't have much to begin with, so it was noticeable. But, the way it showed up on my statement, with just random initials and as a "debit" charge, even I wondered if it was something I purchased and forgot about. Clearly, they count on this. Who knows how much money has been made by these people for nothing at all. It's not right. Someone needs to be held accountable. This charge caused an auto payment of mine to not go through and now I will have to pay additional fees for being late on my internet bill--not to mention the time and aggravation I have spent already just trying to get this money back. Absurd! We need to form a class action law suit and find out who is behind this.

dino direct.com have got to be the worst company in the world. i seen a beautiful dress on their site and ordered it in january, 3 months later it arrives completely unlike the dress i ordered. i returned it weeks ago and they wont refund my money??
