I bought a new gun this week from gunsamerica the seller was OAK HILL ENTERPRISE.
The add # was 959123444 it was a S&W 41 w/rail from S&W performance center. When my gun store got the gun it was not the gun i ordered. Its- S&W 41 without the rail n not from S&W performance center. Today we called and spoke to Jon at OAK HILL n Jon didnot even want to hear what i had to say. I was very nice, All i said was -I got a different gun - I wanted to give Jon the listing number n Jon said ''I DONT HAVE A PEN ''
I called Jon the day i bought the gun on gunsamerica n gave him my C.card # n asked him about the gun i just bought n he said '' I dont have time to look it up -what ever it is on the site ''.
Jon is not a very nice guy ! Im 60 years old n donot want to fight with any body. I was very nice on the phone-I didnt ask for money back or give the gun back. All i wanted to know if the gun i bought -can the front site be removed so i can put fiber optics because at 60 my eyes are not that good anymore. The gun that i thought i bought, the front site CAN be removed. The gun that was shiped, canot be removed n it doesnot have a rail n its not from S&W performance . Jon said if i return the gun there will be a 3% restocking fee plus the shipping n ins. $35 x2 n a gun smith would have to check the gun for any defects n to make sure the gun wasn't fired.. Labor charge-total $180.00 -I will never buy anything from Jon Unruh at Oak Hill Enterprises !!!! If anyone want to see the listing for the gun i bought, Type in gunsamerica 959123444
