My Original Complaint Sent To Oberon Media

I have tried every option open to me to uninstall your game downloads from my computer. I have also contacted you before with no response. I therefore have drafted a formal complaint to the FCC. If you can instruct me on how to uninstall, I will not file the complaint if I hear from you NLT 6pm on May 12th 2011 with an acceptable solution. If I am forced to have my computer hard drive cleaned and re-booted, I will file a claim to include the cost of this procedure.
If you are a legitimate business with plans on staying in business, you would know that this is not the way to accomplish this.I am posting my experience on several open forums online. J. Allen Adams First E mail Response

It is obvious that this company is forcing me to purchase an 'Uninstall Tool' to uninstall their product. This is nothing less than a scam. Beware of this Product!
