I have read so many report about this company.I collected so much information about them.I have quote on the company profile it said Ocwen Financial services commercial real estate and non-performing loans and they negotiates with stockholder on the quick sell of our homes.Right now their net gross from the selling of our homes as 8/1/2010 there net was 1,120,719.75 as they buy and sell our homes on what they called common stocks.It looks like they may also be stealing from their own employee. so if they are stealing from them you know what they are going to do to us.Check out the Morningstar Document Library. There was only one owner by the name Barry N Wish, his net networth was only 4,976.00 in 9/2/2003 . Since then there has been several owner one by the name of DAVID J GUNTER. It seem like they keep changing ownership every time home owner start to sue them.There are at least 6 of them. During March 2010 they told each other they gave out modification to home owner . Now from what I read they gave out none from the ripoff report they don't lower your mortgage payment and they don't modify the loans either.In the month of March the share were 35,549 and the value was 133,870.42and in May the numbers of share were 3827 and value 000,000.There is alot more during this past two weeks or as they their second quarter they earn 46.8 million on the auction of homes and bussiness. They are monster!
