Ocwen Loan Servicing, LLC Mortgage Modification Scam, Internet

I sent in a request for a mortgage modification back in September due to a financial hardship. Since then they have sent me 5 packages in which were filled out with all required documentation and sent back via email and fax. They keep stating that I will have a telephone conference with an account manager which I never receive the call from when I call them they state that they had an incorrect phone number which is a bold faced lie. They have my correct phone number as they call repetedly when they want their payments. It is now December and still nothing when I called today they told me to call in 3-4 days because they have no slots available to schedule a new appointment with an account manager. I am furious I need help and they are giving me the run around to get out of helping me. Please let me know if there is anyone I can contact regarding this issue as I need a resolution soon.

Ocwen financial is trying to foreclose on us My husband was in the hospital for a life threatening blood clot in his lungs we got 2 months behind and asked for a loan mod at the time i was handling this because my husband was still sick I am not on the loan for our home he had it 24 yrs they set up phone meeting calcining them repeatedly lost our paperwork half a dozen times and refused partial payments and kept this ongoing for 8 months now The man told me to add my income to this even though i am not on the loan said it would help my husband get his mod so i did and then came back a few weeks ago and said we cant have the mod because we make to much money We have 2 disabled kids 2 to 300 of our income a month goes to prescriptions alone yesterday i got a letter saying they are foreclosing on us can anyone please please help me save my childrens home my kids are autistic transition is a nightmare for them and its taken me years to get the Educations to work for them moving them would wreck there lives
