oDesk = Fraud. They have not paid me for 3 weeks now, on the hourly jobs, which payment is "guaranteed" They never tell a contractor when or if they are suspended, letting the work go on, and billing the clients for it. They refuse to pay the employee(s), they do not talk to you, nor will they handle a complaint. I'm pissed off! I want my money, for the work I completed. It is a bunch of BS!

I worked for a UK client and he told me that he will pay me money after the app is uploaded.I made his app insultmatic plus which is on the app store now.But he never paid me.His name is Ben Tyre, he is really clever he hire the developer and never pay to them.So beware of him..

I've been on the other side. Paid for a worker a fixed rate and they've done a runner. Odesk refuse to pay me back. Scam site. Be warned.
