Ohara Motors Odometer tampering Falmouth, Massachusetts

My fifth jeep but--- I brought my jeep to Ohara motors Falmouth Ma last November -as the whole cluster failed and the jeep would not run. I towed it in with 35022 miles on it- A month later i was called and the vehicle was repaired but they mistakingly ordered a new odometer with 37280 miles on it then installed it! I picked up the vehicle I was given a slip from the dealer that shows it was dropped off with 34980 miles then picked up with 34985. I complained to Chrysler and the dealer. I was told they would fix it and order a new one, then they denied they even serviced it. I eventually filed small claims and won ! The judge was very upset with the dealership and ordered them to pay me 895.00 for aggravation- I then called Jeep customer care again and till this point I was told it was my problem. I informed them since they authorized the repair, and it was not completed correctly they needed to fix it as it was still under their 12 month warranty for parts---Jeep care then called the dealership and told Jeep that yes they had lost in court. Still the problem is the vehicle has undetermined mileage.I cannot trade it in or sell it. I informed Jeep that I would take it to another dealership and if they refused to fix their mistake I would sue Jeep for a new vehicle. I went to another dealer- Hiller Dodge and they were very nice I told them the story and they agreed to check the mileage, I was told today that the mileage on the odometer matches the info on the bcm but the Pcm mileage does not match the odometer. I called jeep again and reiterated that I wanted my vehicle fixed and the mileage corrected. How can the Bcm and odometer match? The Pcm obviously shows the correct lower mileage. Any ideas?
