| I was driving to Oklahoma City and got on the turnpike. I had just turned on the turnpike to go to Oklahoma City, wasn't speeding, or driving crazy, and an OHP cop pulled up behind me and followed me for about a mile. So naturally I get nervous and watch my speed. Then he flashes his red and blues on me. I pull over and he comes to the car and before I could ask him what the probelm was he yelled "WHAT DO YOU THINK YOU'RE DOING?" I asked him what he was talking about and he said "YOU KNOW WHAT YOU DID! DON'T PLAY DUMB!" I said no I'm sorry sir I don't. He then asked me what I had in the backseat of my car, and I said just some trash I threw back there, and he said "let me see your license boy!" I gave him my license, and he said "I'll be right back." He went back to his car and then came back and asked to search my vehicle. I politely told him "not without a warrant" . He then said "I don't need a warrant, I can see bags in the backseat!" He then said "Okay if you're going to be that way about it, why don't you step out of the car." I asked him why I needed to step out of the car. He then said "If you don't I'll arrest you and take you to jail!" I told him that I was tired and I didn't feel like it." He then said "IF I CATCH YOU BACK ON THIS TURNPIKE DRIVING CLOSE TO THIS WALL AGAIN, I'LL PULL YOU OVER AND TAKE YOU TO JAIL! I then got angry and said "I WASN'T DOING ANYTHING! THIS IS CRAZY! I DID NOTHING WRONG! He then went back to his car, and came back about 20 minutes later and said that I needed to sign this warning! I asked him what the warning was for. He said "MY RECORDS!" I signed it and he told me to have a good day. As I pulled out he gave me a dirty look. I went straight to Oklahoma City to the ACLU and filed a harassment report on the OHP trooper who pulled me over. The ACLU told me they'd get back to me in a few days. But I haven't heard from then since. Since then I have been harrassed, watched, followed, and bullied by not just the highway patrol, but the local police department in Lawton as well. I've noticed two OHP planes that follow me when I go anywhere, and when I'm driving on the streets of Lawton, I've noticed that I'm honked at, and yelled at for no reason. I got so upset about it, that I went home and looked it up on-line and found out that there is a thing called gangstalking that is happening all over Oklahoma to innocent people, mostly blacks, minority groups, and people who are not Christians. This is something the KKK would do, but I didn't know the KKK was in Lawton, or Oklahoma City. I've heard about people being mobbed by the KKK especially blacks, but it wasn't until I was pulled over and treated this way that I thought that something was up. I also heard from a friend that gay men were also treated badly by the KKK and by cops. So maybe there's a link between the KKK and the Oklahoma Highway Patrol. I don't see many blacks working for the Oklahoma Highway Patrol. |

Is this still happening?
It happens at an alarming rate all over the U.S. and in a lot of other Countries as well. |
