I was prompted to complete a survey when logging into my LinkedIn account. Once I completed the survey I was informed I had received a free gift. I was then provided a pull down menu of items, the OMAXLINE watch was a choice and for ship[ping and handling I would receive the watch. The fee was 5.95. The terms and conditions included the price of 95.00 for the watch if I chose to keep the watch for 14 days. I was on vacation and business travel so when I returned home expecting a decent watch I foun d something I could purchase at WalMart for 20.00. Whwn I contacted the company to express my dissatisfaction and return the watch I was told I could only receive a cuortesy refund of 60.00 and keep the watch.
The whole process is misleading, nefarious and obviously trying to unload cases of over-priced watches. Same on the company, and on me for thinking I would receive a quality product in such a manner.
