On 12-1-10 I logged into bidmacs to check out their website and registered for a username. I did not click on any icon to purchase any of the "packages" that they offered. I logged into my checking account 2-3 days later and "bidmacs" had debited my account $149.99. I have called them numerous times, 12-6, 12-22, 1-5, 1-18 2x, 1-21, 1-24, 2-10. I also emailed them on 1-24. On 12-6, talked to "Brittany" and she stated that my credit would be issued in 7-10 days. She also stated that there were several people that this happened too also and those people were getting a credit. On 12-22, I spoke to another "Brittany" and she stated that she would re-submit my credit again. Which that was suppose to happen in 7-9 days. On 1-5, I spoke to "Victoria" and explained the situation again and she also stated that she would re-submit the paperwork for my account to be credited. I tried to call on 2-10, but no one answers any longer and they just want you to leave a message, which on all the calls I have made, I have left messages.
