On my way to court! Repeat Offenders - Beware - Provide false information to obtain housing. Will not see any $$ for years because these are repeat offenders. Approximately 10K dollars of damage to the home. No remorse whatsoever from tenant. Carpet destroyed - covered in urine Plumbing damaged - intentional Doors destroyed - intentional Holes punched in Walls - intentional Large vanity mirror - stolen or destroyed New lawn mower - stolen All ceiling fans - destroyed All window coverings - destroyed/stolen All utilities in arrearage - >1500 dollars Yard front/back - trashed Previous Landlord Comments I had to wait till this one was paid before they started garnishing the wages to settle my dispute. Here is a brief summary of events: A couple of months after Ruben and Lorrain moved in, there rent was late. This started happening on a regular basis till they were one month behind. They always had some kind of excuse why they couldn’t pay and that they will get caught up on the next payment which would never happen. They also would not let me in the house to change the air filters and check the fire alarms. After all the lies of promised payments, my wife and I decided to evict Ruben and Lorrain. Lorrain was the only one that showed up to court. The court gave them I believe three weeks to move out. Once they moved out I went in the hose and there was a lot of damaged done to the house. Most all the doors had to be replaced because they had holes in them. Some of the windows had to be replaced because they were shot by a B.B. gun. All the sinks where clogged with junk that normally does not go down through a sink. The walls where marked up with crayons,pens,pencil.ect. Our washer and dryer were stolen. The house was littered with several truckloads of trash including feces. Found three holes punched in the walls. Cabinets where damaged with the doors torn off. Garage door was broken along with door opener. It seems Ruben and Lorrain have been doing this for a quite a while and should be stopped.
