DO NOT GIVE THIS PLACE YOUR MONEY!!! This spa looks lovely and the staff appear ready to help and very friendly and professional. NOTHING IS FARTHER FROM THE TRUTH!!! Once they get your money they will not follow through on the services. You will have your appointments cancelled due to equipment failure or because you were accidentally double booked. Your phone calls will go unreturned and when you ask to speak with a manager you will be told that no managers are here at the moment. I bought a medi-spa package for almost $1000 and have yet to have any services provided. I have been trying to book an appointment for months and cant get in due to the reasons Ive already mentioned. I tried to get a refund and no one will call me back and when I go in to speak to someone there is no one there who can help me. Do yourself a favour and spend your money elsewhere where you may actually get the service you paid for. DO NOT GO TO SPA ONE!!!!
